I have some great news for you today.  Jesus came to preach good news to the poor.  God is the God of SUPERABUNDANCE!  Here are seven scriptural examples.

* When Jesus fed the 5,000 + in Matthew 14:20, there were 12 baskets full left over.
* When Jesus fed the 4,000 + in Matthew 15:37, there were 7 baskets full left over.
* In Psalms 23:5, the LORD your Shepherd said that He would fill your cup until it runs over.
* In  Joel 2:24, God says that He will make your floors full of wheat, and the fats shall overflow with wine and oil.
* In Malachi 3:10, God said that He will open the windows of heaven and pour out such a blessing that you won't have room enough to receive it all.
* In Luke 6:38, God promises to give unto you that which will be pressed down, shaken together and running over.
* In John 10:10, Jesus said that he will give you a life above that which you can measure.

    Yes, God is the God of superabundance.  However, we must get into a position to receive it. We must act in faithful obedience.
